We have just returned from RWM 2012 and firstly we would like to thank everybody who came to visit us on our stand or attended our session in the Technology and Innovation Theatre.  It was a pleasure to meet you all and we hope that you found our services interesting.

One of the best things about this year's event was the sense of excitement about the future of the UK EfW industry.  Everybody we spoke to was optimistic about the prospects for growth and investment in the sector, and was encouraged by the fact that the drive for expansion and technological advancement that has always characterised commercial interests is finally receiving some very welcome political support.

There is already evidence that independent foreign money is picking up on the growth potential of our industry and beginning to look for opportunities.  We can only hope that our own banks will catch on too and give our operators the support they need to expand their role as an essential component of the UK energy mix.
